During the exit briefing, the team leader, Professor Mika'il, explained that the delegation was at the university to assess the extent of compliance with NUC requirements for the Physics programme and to make appropriate recommendations to address identified gaps and enhance the quality of academic delivery.

The team acknowledged the university's efforts in providing essential infrastructure and learning resources, particularly dedicated classrooms for Physics students, laboratory facilities, library services and internet access.
In his response, Professor Geidam assured the team that all observations and recommendations arising from the exercise would be duly noted and that necessary improvements would be made where required.
