The Students' Union Government (SUG) at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has issued a notice to students regarding temporary transport prices within the campus. Following discussions with transport union leaders, new prices have been established to prevent extortion and ensure fairness.

Students are advised to adhere to these temporary prices and report any driver or bike operator who does not comply. The SUG emphasized that these rates are subject to change based on future fluctuations in petrol prices, with plans to review the rates accordingly.
