The union met with the Dean of Students Affairs, who explained that the fee is now being collected through the final-year students' portal due to developmental needs, whereas previously, payments were made in cash at the Senate. However, the union noted that the charge is currently visible to non-final-year students, which the Dean has acknowledged and promised to investigate and resolve promptly.
