Senator Ned Nwoko Launches Free JAMB Registration for 1,500 Delta North Students

Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, has announced a free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) registration scheme for 1,500 students from the district.

Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, has announced a free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) registration scheme for 1,500 students from the district.

The initiative coincides with the nationwide commencement of the 2026 UTME exercise.

In a statement shared on his official X page on Wednesday, Senator Nwoko emphasized that the scheme is driven by his belief that “education is the foundation upon which lasting development is built” and that “no qualified student should be denied access to higher education due to financial constraints.”

“The free JAMB UTME registration drive for 1,500 students from Delta North Senatorial District for the 2026 academic year has commenced,” the senator stated, adding that interested applicants must complete their registration by Sunday, 15th February 2026.
