The Management of the University of Africa, Toru-Orua (UAT), on Thursday, October 9, 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the Bayelsa State Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Engr. Godknows Alamieyeseigha, at the Commission’s State Office, Melford Okilo House, Yenagoa.

The delegation, led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, met with the NDDC leadership to solicit partnership and support in key areas of infrastructural development within the university.

Engr. Alamieyeseigha received the UAT team in the company of other senior officials of the Commission. Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration between both institutions to enhance educational facilities and promote sustainable development in the state.
