The University College Hospital (UCH) management recently organized a one-day retreat for Heads of Departments, held on September 23, 2025, at the Emeritus Professor Theophillus Ogunlesi Multipurpose Hall.
The retreat aimed to enhance leadership skills and promote effective communication in the hospital.The Director of Administration and Secretary to the Board of Management, Mr. Kolawole Oyeyemi, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and relearning for personal and professional growth.
Dr. Siyanbola Adegoke, CEO of Dosa Dane Consults, delivered a presentation on effective communication and emotional intelligence, highlighting their critical role in navigating complex and uncertain environments.
The Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, emphasized the importance of visionary leadership, adaptability, and effective communication in today's ever-evolving professional landscape.
