UDUS Student Wins N200,000 Top Prize at Artivism Festival

A recent graduand of the Faculty of Law, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS), Usman Adam, has won the top prize of N200,000 at the Youth Artivism Festival held in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The festival, organized by the Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative (BBYDI) in partnership with the Ford Foundation, brought together talented young creatives to promote gender equality and raise awareness about gender-based violence.

Usman expressed his excitement and motivation upon winning the competition, stating that the experience has encouraged him to do more. He advised young people to nurture their creativity and never let it succumb to procrastination.
