UK-Based Nigerian Law Scholar Godwin Daramola’s Research Excellence Earns Top Postgraduate Award in the UK

Nigerian legal scholar Godwin Daramola has won the University of Hull’s 2026 Postgraduate Research Award for Excellence in Student Publication.

A Nigerian legal scholar based in the United Kingdom, Godwin Daramola, has received the 2026 Postgraduate Research Award for Excellence in Student Publication from the University of Hull in recognition of his outstanding academic contributions to sustainability law, corporate accountability, and energy justice.

The award, announced on May 8 by the University’s Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Education, highlights Daramola’s growing reputation as an emerging voice in socio-legal scholarship.
