The Students' Union Government of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has issued a reminder to all eligible students that the registration window for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) will close in just three days.

In an official release from the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, students are urged to complete their registration promptly via the official portal: https://nelf.gov.ng.

The notice, signed by Godwin Patrick, Director of Information & Public Relations, also addressed technical issues faced by some Year One students, whose matriculation numbers appear with “missing information” during registration. Affected students are instructed to report immediately to the NELFUND Desk Officer’s Office for verification and ratification.

Following a meeting concerning NELFUND-related challenges, the Union confirmed that all complaints have been documented and forwarded to relevant authorities, assuring students that necessary corrective actions are underway.

The Students’ Union emphasizes the urgency of the registration process and encourages all students to comply within the stipulated timeframe to avoid disqualification.
