The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has issued a final notice for students to complete their registration for the 2025/2026 academic session, following an approved extension by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Prof. Ekaette Enang, in response to appeals from the Students’ Union Government (SUG) and other stakeholders.
Key Details:
- Portal Closure: The registration portal will officially close at 12:00 midnight on Sunday, 1st February 2026.
- Examination Schedule: General examinations are set to commence on Monday, 16th February 2026. Dates for 100-level and GSS exams will be announced separately.
Important Instructions:
All students who have not yet completed their course registration are strongly urged to finalize the process before the deadline. Students who fail to register by the closure time risk being barred from participating in the upcoming examinations.
This marks the final extension, and no further grace period will be granted.
