UNIZIK VC Pledges Improved Infrastructure During Surprise Visit to University Primary School
The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Anyaehie, has reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing facilities at the University Primary School, promising to address the institution’s needs within available resources.

Prof. Anyaehie made the pledge during an unscheduled visit to the school on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. He announced plans to upgrade the learning environment, including a digital transformation initiative expected to be supported by the Anambra State Government.
The Headmistress, Mrs. Ifeacho Elizabeth Uju, received the Vice-Chancellor and expressed appreciation for the visit, noting that it demonstrated the University’s renewed interest in the welfare of the pupils and staff. The pupils also thanked the Vice-Chancellor and offered prayers for his continued success.
