Usmanu Danfodiyo University Drug-Free Club Seeks Faculty Representatives to Promote Anti-Drug Abuse Awareness

The Drug-Free Club at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) has launched an initiative to engage students as faculty representatives in its efforts to promote a drug-free society.

The club aims to strengthen anti-drug abuse awareness across faculties by leveraging dedicated students in leadership roles.

To be eligible, applicants must be UDUS students and active members of the Drug-Free Club. As faculty representatives, they will be responsible .

According to the club's president, Shuaib Ibrahim Hanif, "The Drug-Free Club plays a vital role in promoting student well-being, security, and academic success. Our goal is to eradicate drug abuse, which has become a serious concern in society."

 

The initiative underscores the university's commitment to fostering a safe and healthy environment, conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.
