Usmanu Danfodiyo University Reschedules Matriculation Ceremony for New Students

The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), has announced a change in the date of the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2024/2025 academic session.

 

The ceremony, initially scheduled to take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Additionally, April 9, 2025, has been designated as a lecture-free day for undergraduate students (UG-I and UG-II) exclusively.

The decision to reschedule the matriculation ceremony was made during the university's fifth management meeting of the year, held on March 4, 2025. The change in date is intended to ensure proper planning and a smooth matriculation process.
