Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Releases Admission Form for Basic Midwifery Program For 2024/2025 Session

The College of Nursing Sciences, Department of Midwifery, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, has announced the sales of admission forms for the Basic Midwifery program for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must possess five credits in not more than two sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

Application Procedures:

1. Interested candidates can obtain the application form online by paying a non-refundable fee of N7,000 through Remita.

2. Candidates should visit (link unavailable) and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA menu.

3. After payment, candidates should present their Remita receipt to the UDUTH cashier and collect a cashier receipt before obtaining their serial number and PIN.

4. Candidates should then visit (link unavailable) online.form 2.php and fill in their information accurately.

Important Dates:

- Sales of forms began on December 2, 2024, and closed on January 6, 2025.

- The entrance examination (Computer-Based Test) will hold on January 11, 2025.
