VC Federal University of Education, Zaria Receives Sa’adatu Rimi College Delegation

The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Education, Zaria, Prof. Yahaya Isa Bunkure, has received a delegation of lecturers from Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education on a courtesy visit to his office.

The delegation was led by Dr. Ahmad Aliyu of the Department of Biology. Other members included Malam Bashir Yakubu Suleiman of the Department of Economics, Malam Aliyu Ahmad of the Department of English, and Malam Aliyu Suleiman, Sarkin Kwarin Goma.

The visit was aimed at congratulating Prof. Bunkure on his appointment as Vice-Chancellor of the University. The lecturers expressed appreciation for his mentorship and unwavering support, recalling that he sponsored their Master’s degree programmes and played a pivotal role in their academic and professional development during his tenure as Provost of the College.

In his remarks, Prof. Bunkure thanked the delegation for the visit and their show of solidarity. He emphasized that investment in human capacity development remains one of the most sustainable strategies for strengthening educational institutions and encouraged the lecturers to continue striving for excellence in their respective fields.
