Yobe State University Announces Regularization of Illegal Admissions

The Office of the Registrar at Yobe State University has announced a regularization exercise for students with illegal admissions.

According to a statement, students who hold university admission letters offered before 2017 or after, but not exceeding 2020, and not approved by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) are required to submit documents for regularization. The affected students must submit copies of their university admission letters, original JAMB results or DE slips, and ID numbers to the Admissions Office by Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

Students can verify the approval status of their admission by printing their JAMB admission letters from the JAMB portal. The university urges all affected students to comply with the directive, as there will be no further regularization of illegal admissions by JAMB after this exercise.
