Baba-Ahmed University Mentors Secondary School Students on Legal, IP and Venture Structuring

The Registrar of Baba-Ahmed University, Dr. Samuel Olu Ademilua, Esq., on Thursday, September 24, 2026, led a five-member team of the University to Enthuse Entrepreneurship Secondary School for an engaging mentorship session on Legal, Intellectual Property and Venture Structuring.

The session was designed to guide students on the practical legal and ownership considerations involved in transforming a school project or innovative idea into a potential business.

The Registrar was accompanied by Prof. Rakiya Umar Altine, HOD, Department of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship; Mr. Aliyu Bello Muhammed; Barr. Isma'il Salif, Lecturer, Faculty of Law; and Mr. Muhammad Jalla Balarabe, Administrative Officer, Registrar’s Office.

The engagement offered students valuable insights into protecting their ideas, understanding ownership rights and making informed decisions as they explore the journey from innovation to enterprise.
