At just 11 years old, Cannan Huey-You has graduated from Accommodated Learning Academy and been admitted to Texas Christian University (TCU) to pursue a bachelor’s degree in physics.

Cannan, a prodigy like his older brother Carson, demonstrated academic brilliance by collaborating with Dr. Kat Barger on a research project about radio observations of gas clouds near the Milky Way.

Homeschooled by their mother, Claretta Kimp, until age five, Cannan excelled socially and academically but quickly found the traditional curriculum unchallenging.
