The management of Abdu Gusau Polytechnic has issued a statement addressing the security of lives and properties of staff, students, and residents in light of a planned mass protest across the country.
The Registrar, Kabiru A. Musa, emphasized the following key points:
1. All staff, students, and residents are urged to conduct themselves peacefully and remain calm in their quarters.
2. Security measures are being implemented by the management and security agencies to ensure the safety of all individuals.
3. Individuals participating in the protest do so at their own risk and will be held accountable for their actions.
4. The polytechnic community is encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or persons to security operatives.
