ABU Scholars Honored as Fellows of Nigerian Young Academy

Two young scholars from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, have been conferred with the fellowship of the Nigerian Young Academy (NYA).

Dr. Abubakar Abubakar Khaleed, Department of Physics, and Dr. Muhammad Usman Kaisan, Department of Mechanical Engineering, were honored at the 15th International Conference of the Academy held at the university.

The fellowship was conferred by Prof. Abubakar Sani Sambo, a renowned professor of mechanical engineering and Commissioner of Education, Kaduna State. Prof. Sambo congratulated the scholars and urged them to be good ambassadors, mentoring other young academics for the development of the Nigerian education sector.
