Achievers University Kicks Off 2026 with “Starting with God” Service, Launches 20th Anniversary Roadmap

Achievers University, Owo, began the year 2026 with its 19th “Starting with God” Service on Monday, 12 January 2026, a spiritually enriching ceremony that set the tone for a year of strategic growth, academic excellence, and institutional milestones.

During the service, Pro-Chancellor Professor Bode Ayorinde unveiled flagship initiatives and long-term projects in preparation for the University’s 20th anniversary, emphasizing faith, unity, and collective responsibility as central to the institution’s ongoing progress.

Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Oyesoji Aremu welcomed staff and students back to campus and detailed a comprehensive 2026 academic and administrative calendar, highlighting accreditation visits, matriculation ceremonies, staff promotions, new project launches, and efforts to enhance global ranking visibility.

The service combined prayers, thanksgiving, and a reaffirmation of purpose, positioning Achievers University to advance confidently into 2026, grounded in faith and driven by excellence.
