Adamawa State University Appoints Mal. Yakubu Anivbassa as New Registrar

Adamawa State University has announced the appointment of a new Registrar, who will take over the affairs of the Registry Department from the outgoing Registrar, Mal. Yakubu Anivbassa, whose tenure ended on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

The newly appointed Registrar previously served as the Deputy Registrar in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, where she oversaw administrative operations. Her experience also includes holding the position of Faculty Officer for the Faculty of Humanities and Education from 2018 to 2021, before the faculty was split into two.

In addition to her administrative roles, the Acting Registrar is also a representative of the University Convocation in the current Governing Council. The university community wishes her success in her new endeavors and trusts that her leadership will continue to propel the university forward.
