The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved 15 additional programmes for Ahman Pategi University. This follows Commission’s satisfaction with the readiness of the University after a through resource verification visit to the University.

This significant development underscores the university's commitment to delivering relevant and high-quality education to Nigerians in alignment with global university standards.

In a letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor by the Acting Executive Secretary of the NUC, approval is given for the programmes to start with effect from the current academic session: "The Vice-Chancellor is hereby invited to recall that a resource verification visit was conducted by panels of experts to the proposed academic programs in Ahman Pategi University, Patigi, Ilorin, Kwara State, to assess the human and material resources available for its establishment." "I am directed to inform the Vice-Chancellor that the Acting Executive Secretary has considered and approved the establishment of the full-time mode of the following undergraduate programs, to be run in the Main Campus of the University, with effect from the 2023/2024 academic session:

1. B.Sc. Ed. Biology

2. B.Sc. Ed. Chemistry

3. B.Sc. Ed. Physics

4. B.SC. Ed. Economics
