AKSU Announces 8th Inaugural Lecture on Philosophical Discourse

The Acting Vice-Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), Prof. Otoabasi Akpan, has invited members of the university community and the general public to the institution’s 8th Inaugural Lecture.
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Iniobong Umotong of the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts, on the theme: “Ameilib Paradoxes: The Anarchist Deconstruct.” The discourse is expected to interrogate complex philosophical constructs within contemporary thought.
The event is scheduled to hold on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Senate Chambers, Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area.
