Al-Qalam University Gears Up for 17th Convocation

Al-Qalam University Katsina is set to host its 17th Convocation Ceremony, with a week-long series of events scheduled from January 19th to 24th, 2026.

The university community and the general public are invited to attend the events, which include a convocation lecture by the former Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.

The convocation lecture, titled "A Divided North in a Divided Nation: The Imperative of Promoting Inclusive and Accountable Governance in Nigeria in a Rapidly Changing World Order," will be delivered by Professor Ibrahim Gambari, a distinguished scholar-diplomat who previously served as Nigeria's Minister of External Affairs and Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
