Arc. Dabo Meets AD-COHST Staff, Moves to Strengthen Academic Standards

The Proprietor of Aminu Dabo College of Health Sciences and Technology, AD-COHST, Arc. Aminu Dabo, has advised staff of the College to remain proactive and uphold unity and teamwork to build on previous achievements.

Arc. Dabo gave the advice during a meeting with management staff, heads of departments and units, lecturers, programme coordinators, secretariat and environmental staff aimed at reinvigorating activities of the College and ensuring moral and academic excellence.

The meeting, held at the Proprietor’s office and which lasted several hours, discussed strategies, harmonised activities and assessed departmental performance, including human resources, examinations, academic performance and discipline.

It also focused on critical policy directions on students’ skills acquisition before graduation, admission of new intake and institutional readiness towards ensuring a transparent, competent and effective learning environment in line with global best practice.

The Proprietor commended staff for their enthusiasm and commitment to duties and urged them to continue working as one family to meet future challenges and sustain the institution’s reputation as one of the leading private health institutions in the state.

Arc. Dabo reaffirmed his commitment to introducing innovative ideas to maintain the College as a centre of excellence and a preferred institution for quality health education, stressing continued commitment to academic quality and discipline.
