ATBU SUG President Warns Students Against Six-Month Rental Agreements

The Executive President of the Students' Union Government (SUG) at Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Comrade Abdulkarim Sani Isah (AK), has issued an important notice to all students, particularly those living off-campus.

In a statement, the SUG President advised students against signing six-month rental agreements, citing potential security and financial risks. He urged students to opt for full calendar year leases instead, ensuring stability and security in their accommodations.

The SUG President warned that students who fail to comply with this policy may face legal consequences from school management.

He also announced that the SUG is working with local authorities and landlords to improve security measures in student-populated areas and establish fair and transparent rental practices.
