Bayero University Kano Alumni Association Honors Distinguished Classmates

The Bayero University Kano (BUK) 1991 set Alumni Association recently paid tribute to two of its illustrious members who have attained academic leadership positions.

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, a dinner ceremony was held at the 10 to 10 Restaurant and Event Centre in Kano to honor Professor Haruna Musa Dambatta, the 12th Vice Chancellor of Bayero University Kano, and Professor Yahaya Isah Bunkure, the pioneer Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Education, Zaria.
