Bayero University Kano Announces New Appointments

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced the appointment of Professor Abdulazeez Umar Raji as the new Dean of the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences. He has also been appointed as the Head of the Department of Estate Management.

The appointments, approved by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, took effect on February 20, 2025, and will run for a two-year term.

These new appointments are expected to strengthen the university's academic and administrative leadership, driving excellence and innovation in teaching, research, and community service.
