The notice, dated 3rd January 2026 and signed by Chairman Anwar Usman Hassan, confirms that all arrangements for the elections have been finalized in accordance with approved guidelines.

Sale of Nomination Forms:
- Monday, 5th January – Thursday, 15th January 2026
- Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily
- Venue: BUKIECO Office

Screening of Candidates:
- Friday, 16th January – Sunday, 18th January 2026
- Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily
- Venue: BUKIECO Office

Election Day:
- Thursday, 22nd January 2026
BUKIECO urges all aspiring candidates to submit nomination forms within the specified period and comply fully with screening requirements. The commission also calls on students and stakeholders to participate actively to ensure a transparent, orderly, and credible election.
