Borno State Scholarships Board Launches Scholarship for Female STEM Students

The Borno State Scholarships Board has announced a scholarship program for female students pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

The scholarship is open to female indigenes of Borno State who scored 200 points or above in the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Examination (JAMB) and are admitted into a recognized tertiary institution to study a STEM-related course.

Interested candidates are required to submit their JAMB details to the Borno State Scholarships Board on or before June 30, 2025, along with proof of Borno State indigeneity and other relevant documents. The initiative aims to empower young women in STEM fields and promote sustainable development in the state.
