BUK Microfinance Bank Announces Vacancy for Managing Director/CEO

Bayero University Microfinance Bank Limited, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 2014, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Managing Director/CEO.

*Job Description:*

The successful candidate will be appointed for a five-year tenure, renewable at the discretion of the Bank's Board of Directors.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum first degree or equivalent in any discipline (additional finance or business-related qualifications advantageous)

- Eight years post-qualification experience, including five years in financial services and three years at senior management level

- Proven skills and competencies in microfinance banking, with certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)

- Demonstrated integrity and IT knowledge

- Maximum age of 55 years at assumption of duty
