Graduates of Kwara State University (KWASU) have been urged to collect their unclaimed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificates monitored by myschoolnews.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GRADUATES OF KWASU ON COLLECTION OF UNCLAIMED NYSC EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

This is to inform all graduates of Kwara State University, Malete who were exempted from service by the NYSC during their respective service years that the Certificates of Exemption have since been in the custody of the University awaiting collection.

The Certificates at hand cover the period from year 2013 to 2022, in batches.

The NYSC Headquarters, Abuja has called for *immediate collection* of such NYSC Exemption Certificates.

Also, all unclaimed certificates are to be returned to Abuja on or before 15th March, 2023.

This means, graduates who do not collect their Certificates of Exemption before the deadline would have to go to Abuja for collection.

The NYSC is taking this step because such unclaimed NYSC Exemption Certificates remain its property.

Accordingly, all graduates of the Kwara State University who were exempted from National Youth Service and who have not collected the certificates are enjoined to avail themselves of the opportunity of collecting their certificates at the STUDENT AFFAIRS UNIT, Malete.

Concerned  graduates are to bring the along with them the original and photocopy of degree certificate.

Graduates are to note that *there shall be no collection by proxy.*

The collection shall be during the official working hours only from Mondays to Thursdays of the week beginning from 10.00a.m.
