Dr. Sunusi Garba Elevated to Associate Professor at Federal University Dutse

The academic community is celebrating the promotion of Dr. Sunusi Garba to the prestigious rank of Associate Professor, following a formal announcement by the Senate of the Federal University Dutse (FUD).

Dr. Garba, a distinguished scholar and administrator, previously served the university in key leadership capacities, including as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences and Head of the Department of Accounting. 

The promotion has been met with widespread acclaim from colleagues and former students. In a congratulatory message, Senator Naziru Garba Ubale, Former President of the GCFMS, described the achievement as a "well-earned" milestone that reflects Dr. Garba's unwavering commitment to research, teaching, and the growth of the accounting profession within the FUD Faculty of Management Sciences. 

"This achievement is a testament to your dedication and contributions to academia," Senator Ubale stated, offering prayers for the new Associate Professor's continued success and elevation. 

Under Dr. Garba’s leadership in the Department of Accounting, the university saw significant strides in academic rigor and departmental organization. His elevation to Associate Professor is expected to further strengthen the university's research output and institutional mentorship.
