McPherson University, Seriki Sotayo, Ogun State, has received a generous donation of books from Engr. (Mrs.) Tolulope Akinlabi, a proud parent and former Project Director of the Parent Consultative Forum (PCF) for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions.

Receiving the books on behalf of the University Management, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Francis Igbasan, expressed deep appreciation to Engr. (Mrs.) Akinlabi for her thoughtful gesture and commitment to advancing the institution’s academic development.

Professor Igbasan described the donation as “a demonstration of true partnership between parents and the University,” noting that such acts of generosity strengthen the institution’s mission to foster academic excellence, research, and intellectual growth.

The University stated that the new books would enrich its library collection and further promote a vibrant reading culture among students, thereby supporting teaching and learning within the McPherson community.
