Federal Ministry of Education Announces 2024/2025 Scholarship Awards

The Federal Ministry of Education has opened applications for the 2024/2025 Nigerian Scholarship Award and Education Bursary Award. The awards are for students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.

To be eligible, postgraduate students need a first degree with Second Class Honours (Upper Division), while undergraduate students require a minimum CGPA of 4.0. The awards cover fields like Science and Technology, Medicine, Education, and Agriculture.

The application portal is open from April 18 to May 29, 2025. Required documents include a letter of admission, CGPA result, and State of Origin certificate. The awards are tenable in Nigeria, and recipients cannot hold another award or study part-time.
