Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Crime Management Students Gain Practical Legal Insights at Magistrate Court Excursion

The Crime Management students of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu recently embarked on a highly successful educational excursion to a Magistrate Court in Damaturu.

The visit was led by the Head of Department, Dr. Sadik Bashir, and proved to be both impactful and enlightening. The students gained valuable practical knowledge from observing live court proceedings.

The experience provided them with deeper insight into courtroom procedures, judicial processes, and the administration of justice, thereby complementing their classroom learning.

The excursion was honoured by the presence of Chief Magistrates, Mamman Shettima, Abdullahi Sale Samanja, and Ahmed Bahuya. 

Their presence added great value to the occasion and significantly enriched the students’ learning experience.

The students expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to observe court sessions firsthand, describing the visit as memorable, educational, and rewarding.

The department sincerely appreciates the warm reception and cooperation of the Magistrate Court management and staff, whose support contributed immensely to the success of the visit.
