The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, has approved and commenced a Make-Up Examination Programme for ND II and HND II graduating students with outstanding courses, enabling them to complete their graduation requirements without delay.
The initiative, endorsed by the Polytechnic Management Committee and communicated through an internal memorandum issued by the Registrar, Mrs. A. F. Babatola, is designed to support students who need to clear pending academic courses. Participation in the programme is optional.
Programme Schedule
Registration and Payment:
Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 – Tuesday, 2nd December, 2025
Examination Period:
Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 – Tuesday, 9th December, 2025
Students are required to generate their invoices through the Polytechnic Portal to determine applicable service charges. The payment feature will be activated in due course.
The memo has been circulated to all principal officers, deans, directors, heads of departments, and relevant committees to ensure full implementation and broad awareness.
Graduating students with outstanding courses are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to regularize their academic records ahead of final clearance.
