This recognition is in acknowledgment of her dedicated efforts to advance girl-child education, her involvement in securing the release of university students held captive by bandits, and her notable contributions to women's empowerment across the nation. In addition, a newly refurbished 36-bed female hostel will be renamed in her honor, symbolizing FUDMA's appreciation for her influence and service.
