Federal University Gusau Inaugurates African Union Student Club

Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) has inaugurated its chapter of the African Union Student Club (AUSC), marking a significant milestone as this is the first time the club is being introduced at the institution. The AUSC, which has established chapters in various universities, aims to enhance its reach and influence among students.

The inauguration ceremony featured prominent attendees, including Dr. Taofiq Aminu, Chairman of the Screening Committee, and Amb. Nasir Gamagiwa, Secretary of the Screening Committee. A representative from the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and other dignitaries were also present.

The AUSC FUGUS Chapter seeks to engage students in activities that promote unity, leadership, and collaboration in line with the objectives of the African Union.
