The Federal University Lokoja has received two 32-seater buses aimed at improving transportation for staff and students across its campuses.

The buses were delivered to the Adankolo Campus on Saturday, April 4, 2026, marking a key step in addressing longstanding mobility challenges within the institution.

The Vice-Chancellor, Gbenga Solomon Ibileye, said the development fulfills a commitment made during his first congregation meeting as the university’s 4th Vice-Chancellor, where he pledged to prioritise campus transportation reforms.

He noted that the provision of the buses reflects a broader administrative agenda focused on improving operational efficiency, staff welfare, and student experience across the university system.
