FUGA Celebrates World Laboratory Day with Call for Scientific Excellence

The Federal University Gashua (FUGA) Yobe State, has marked this year’s World Laboratory Day with a strong call for the recognition of laboratories as critical drivers of scientific innovation and societal development.

The event, organized by the Association of Science Laboratory Technologists of Nigeria (ASLTON), FUGA Chapter, marked the institution’s first observance of the global event and brought together laboratory professionals, researchers, and members of the academic community.

In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the occasion, Tech. Anthony Patrick, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to witness the historic first celebration of World Laboratory Day in the institution, acknowledging the support of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Yaqub Ahmed Geidam, and members of the university management.Details in our bulletin
