Prof. Dakyes Samaila Usman, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Partnerships) of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), along with Prof. Ibrahim Ogiri, the Head of the Department of Building, recently paid a visit to the Nigerian Communications Satellite Company (NIGCOMSAT) and the Nigerian Building & Road Research Institute (NBRRI) in Abuja.

The visit, which saw Prof. Usman dressed in a sharp black suit, was part of an ongoing effort to foster research collaborations and partnerships between FULafia and key national institutions. At NIGCOMSAT, the discussions centered around the integration of satellite technology into research projects at FULafia, potentially enhancing the university's capabilities in data collection and communication.
