FUNAAB Alumni Association Awards Scholarships to Deserving Students

The Alumni Association of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has awarded scholarships to deserving students at a ceremony held on October 15, 2025.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development), Prof. Olawale Dairo, commended the Alumni Association for its continued investment in students' academic growth and development.

The Global President of the FUNAAB Alumni Association, Mr. Bolaji Gbadamosi, expressed satisfaction with the growing impact of the scholarship initiative. He noted that the initiative has expanded through the generous support of alumni branches and individual donors worldwide.

The Alumni Association acknowledged notable contributors, including Bishop Felix Owolabi and Prof. Subuola Fasoyiro, who have made significant donations to support students' academic pursuits.

The Association's Secretary, Mr. Femi Ajayi, highlighted the organization's commitment to transparency and accountability, noting that all payments were processed through the University's ICT Services platform.

The beneficiaries were encouraged to remain disciplined, diligent, and cooperative with the University Management. The Alumni Association assured them of its continued commitment to supporting their academic and personal development.
