FUNAAB Enhances Infrastructure with New Electricity Cable Installation

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), is making significant strides in improving its infrastructure with the ongoing installation of electricity cables to connect the Senate Building Extension to the University power grid.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, recently briefed the Acting Head of the Directorate of Public Relations, Mr. Olasunkanmi Olajide, on the progress of the installation. This development is expected to enhance the operational efficiency of the Senate Building Extension by ensuring a reliable power supply.

Prof. Kehinde emphasized the importance of this project in supporting the University’s administrative functions and overall campus operations. The installation of the new electricity cables is part of FUNAAB’s broader efforts to upgrade its facilities and provide a conducive environment for academic and administrative activities.
