This follows the completion of the institution’s maiden Post-UTME screening exercise, which ran from January 19 to 30, 2026, for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Prospective students are required to complete a multi-desk registration process at a venue behind the Green Building. The exercise is organized on a first-come, first-served basis with a tally system to maintain order and ensure smooth processing.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Desk 1 – ICT Department:
Verification of Ordinary Level results (SSCE/GCE, NECO/NABTEB) will be conducted online using scratch pins provided by the students. -
Desk 2 – College Desk:
Led by the Dean, students must present original documents for verification, including:- Admission letter
- JAMB result slip
- O’Level certificates
- Birth Certificate
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip
- Reference letter from a Cleric or Senior Civil Servant (Grade Level 14+)
Students are required to submit three photocopies of each document and 20 passport photographs.

Desk 3 – Admission Office:
After verification, the Admission Office will endorse clearance forms and issue an Authority to Pay school fees. Students have one week from issuance to complete payment. -
Desk 4 – Medical Registration:
Handled by the Medical Centre, students must complete a medical form and submit laboratory results, including X-ray, blood group, and genotype tests. Registration is scheduled on a college-by-college basis, and two passport photographs are required. -
Desk 4 – Library Registration (Concurrent):
Students must present a copy of the admission letter, evidence of school fees payment, and two passport photographs to complete library registration.
Sitting Arrangement and Orderliness
Students are advised to sit under trees and canopies provided behind the Green Building. Tally numbers will be distributed to streamline the registration process, which will proceed college by college to avoid overcrowding and maintain discipline.
FUNATO, located in Kajola Local Government Area, Oyo State, is admitting its first batch of students with a minimum UTME score of 150 and at least five O’Level credits for eligibility.
This registration exercise marks a critical step for the university’s first cohort and underscores its commitment to organized and transparent administrative procedures.
