Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has celebrated the remarkable academic ascent of Professor Olushola Sunday Ayanda (popularly known as OS Ayanda), who achieved the rank of Professor at the age of 42, making him the youngest to hold the title at the institution.

A trailblazer in cutting-edge science, Professor Ayanda serves as the Pioneer Director of Innovation and Digital Technology at FUOYE. His academic chair is in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, a field critical to modern industrial and medical advancements.

B.Sc. (Hons) & M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry: Earned from the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) in 2005 and 2009, respectively.

Ph.D. in Chemistry: Obtained from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), South Africa.
