FUOYE Law Faculty Retreat: VC Pledges to Produce Jurists of Global Influence

The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina, has reaffirmed the institution's commitment to producing law graduates capable of exerting significant influence at both national and international levels.

Professor Fasina made this assertion during the Second Annual Faculty of Law Retreat, which took place at the Micom Golf Hotel and Resorts in Ada, Osun State, from December 1 to December 4, 2025.

The four-day event was attended by the University’s management team, faculty members, and key stakeholders. The program featured sessions led by erudite scholars who provided insightful lectures aimed at broadening the academic and administrative horizons of the Faculty [1]. 

Dr. Kehinde encouraged the staff to embrace the mentorship provided during the retreat, noting that the goal is to ensure FUOYE remains a premier destination for legal studies in Nigeria.

The retreat underscores FUOYE’s strategic goal of enhancing the quality of its specialized programs through high-level partnerships with industry experts like Professor Alli .
