FUTMINNA Students' Union Government Engages in Productive Meeting with University's Entrepreneurship Centre

The Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMINNA) Students' Union Government (SUG) has announced a productive engagement with the university's Entrepreneurship Centre.

On September 2, 2024, the SUG Executive President, Comrade Divine Prince Daniel, and General Secretary, Comrade Moshood Abdulwarris Olamide, met with the Director of Entrepreneurship, Professor Caroline, to discuss collaborative initiatives benefiting students.

Key areas of discussion included:

- The University Water Factory, operated by students

- The Shea Business Hub, where students produce soap and cream from shea butter

This collaboration aligns with the SUG's SURGE Agenda, aimed at empowering students with hands-on skills and promoting financial independence. The SUG looks forward to continuous partnerships with the university management and other bodies for the betterment of the student body.
