According to the notice, any student who has received the fund more than once is required to report immediately to the Bursary Unit for verification and documentation.
Affected students are expected to present themselves at the Bursary Unit without delay, alongside valid evidence of all payments received. The management warned that failure to comply with the directive may attract appropriate disciplinary or administrative actions.
